Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, this year the focus of the week was on stress, taking place from the 14th to the 20th of May.
The encourage was simple: gather with friends, enjoy a delicious curry and raise money for the Foundation to enjoy of a better world with good mental health for all. Of course many agencies participated and so, we decided to make a review about them. Take a look!

It's #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek. Make time for yourself throughout the #Business day, have a coffee with a friend, take a nap, listen to some music, or swap an afternoon in the #Office for a walk with the dog. Whatever you choose, you will feel the benefit. #Entrepreneur pic.twitter.com/EETQvzqgmG
