Senior Client Services Manager

Walk West is looking for a Senior Client Services Manager that is self-motivated, hardworking and thrives on finding creative solutions to problems. Given our rapidly changing environment, the successful candidate will have an ability to comprehend and quickly adapt to new situations. The role requires a proactive, energetic person who skillfully juggles numerous projects, loves learning something new everyday, and possesses an infectious passion for satisfying clients.

Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience as an account manager or project manager in a digital agency or consultancy
– Experience in leading and coaching cross-functional team to high-quality results
– Highly-skilled in nurturing and sustaining relationships with clients
– Deep expertise in delivering integrated marketing campaigns and projects
– Oversee work across multiple departments and ensure high quality deliverables
– Be solutions-oriented, focused on recommending solutions, rather than simply raising red flags
– Extremely detail oriented
– Autonomous worker
– Quick starter/learner, ability to multitask and work on short deadline

Responsibilites:
– Managing client relationships –
Act as advocate for clients by helping them define their goals and objectives
Respond promptly and strategically to requests
Deliver scopes of work, budget and timelines to client. Verbally explain and vet deliverables with client
Communicating project status to client clearly and effectively
Tactfully and carefully communicating estimates and budget implications to client
Identifying and supporting client growth opportunities
Present capabilities and coordinate, attend, and contribute to intro/pitch meetings including preparation of pitch materials
Provides value to client relationships by researching marketing trends and project requests, evaluating them against clients’ goals and objectives.
Finding new opportunities within existing clients to expand relationships
Partner with business development team to ensure sales process is connected to successful client onboarding.

– Collaborating internally to plan and deliver project work –
Develop and share a brief with the teams that leads to well-informed ideas
Lead team meetings and facilitate communication among team members
Draft scopes of work with key stakeholder and project management input as needed
Carefully review and edit scopes of work for discussion with leadership team

– Team leadership –
Initial point of escalation for client issues
Ensure teams are prepared for client meetings and pitch opportunities
Lead and mentor client services managers
