Profile:
The Art Director is a storyteller who works closely with Creative Directors, the creative teams, developers, and producers to understand client goals and develop unique creative ideas. This team works on campaigns that span digital advertising, social, experiential activations, and beyond.

Responsibilities
– Play a pivotal role in creative ideation and brainstorming
– Translate creative concepts into compelling designs and motion graphics pieces
– Stay current with the latest trends and technology
– Continual education on creative authoring tools and a constant drive to hone your craft
– Understand placement specs and adhere to RED standards of quality in design
– Understand and maintain clients’ brand requirements, goals, and objectives while pushing creative boundaries
– Collaborate with and inspire other designers
– Work closely with producers on timing and deliverables

Requirements
– 5+ years of professional design and motion design experience, at least 3 years in an agency environment.
– Stellar portfolio demonstrating standout design, layout, and typography skills (portfolios with interactive work strongly preferred)
– Ability to concept and design from scratch — with little to no provided assets
– Expert Photoshop and Illustrator abilities
– After Effects ninja
– Knowledge of 3D application(s); preferably Cinema 4D
– Meticulous attention to detail
– Some experience concepting and designing for HTML5 advertising
– Some familiarity with the capabilities of HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus
– Desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a creative, collaborative environment
