Position Summary:

The Creative Director at RED is a visionary who is creative by nature. Understands what makes a great user experience and has a deep understanding of the technology driving digital today. The CD is responsible for leading client engagements from concept through execution on numerous types of digital products, platforms & applications. The CD has the ability to work independently as well as work on an integrated team with strategy, UX, design, front-end and back-end developers.


Lead in the concepting and creation of digital products, platforms, Web & Mobile Web experiences, Mobile applications, etc.
Have the ability to come up with big and small ideas that make the difference between good and great work.
Ensure the work reflects the client’s business and brand requirements.
Work closely and collaboratively with our internal team and clients.
Present and explain concepts, answer questions and communicate changes to the team.
Ability to work in small groups and teams in a fast paced environment.
Mentor and inspire other team members.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, depending on size and scope.
Stay current with the latest trends and technology.

At least 8+ years of professional experience creating campaigns, digital products, web and mobile experiences, etc.

Ability to problem solve on an analytical level.
Deep understanding of UX/user centered design.
Stellar portfolio demonstrating solid experience.
Strong communication skills.
Collaborative, self motivated, professional.
Interest in experimenting with new technologies; eager to learn.
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a creative, collaborative environment.
