As an Engagement Manager you will develop day-to-day client relationships and be committed to driving their business forward through innovative work that inspires and motivates consumers. You will also help generate profit for Huge and deliver projects that achieve excellent results for the client and the agency.
-Grow, shape and lead an account by driving the development & management of broad-based marketing programs.
Understands all upcoming client initiatives over the next 12 months.
-Works with VP, GED, ED to develop and execute business strategy that meets or transforms our client’s business and needs.
-In conjunction with Project Management, participates in the approach, planning and estimation of all full-service projects. In conjunction with Engagement leadership, focuses on solving our client’s biggest challenges. In conjunction with client finance, ensures all client activity is processed/invoiced in a timely and accurate manner.
-Participates in project reviews and develops case studies for the work.
-Leverages client relationships for introductions to additional business units and brands and provides meaningful contribution to new business.
-Participant in periodic account planning to plan and forecast for client growth
-Internal communications and PR – ensures work is summarized and celebrated throughout Huge.
-Capable of building client relationships and managing revenue with government clients.
-1 – 6 years experience within an integrated or digital agency.
-Degree ideally in Marketing/Media or Business related discipline is advantageous.
Onsite with client in Miami, FL. Ability to travel to Huge ATL office on occasion. or as needed.
