Description
The HR coordinator has a hands-on mentality and is able to deliver structure and quality to our 50+ employees organization. With people management skills, the HR specialist can help and coach every employee to get the most out of him/herself. The experience in the digital industry is needed to exactly know what’s required to have “the right man for the job” and to know how to be the strongest player in “the war on talent”.

Responsibilities
– Create and continuously update and improve job profiles for a self-improving agency
– Advise and work closely with management on HR matter and legislation issues
– Handle payroll administration and personnel administration using relevant HR tools already in place
– Recruit and attract talent (e.g. by representing DPDK at internship or job markets), lead in “the war on talent”, together with line managers
– Retain talent, including employee relationship management to create value for the organisation as well as the employee and keep a happy team
– Provide a basis for personal growth by setting goals and provide coaching
– Manage and give structure to the day to day HR processes
– Sickness and absence management (including reducing absenteeism)

Requirements
– At least 2 years of experience as HR manager in the digital industry within a fast paced organization, running multiple processes at once (need to have great knowledge and experience with the jobs and talent needed in a digital agency)
– Fluent Dutch AND English, experience with payrolling systems and HR software, reporting, implementing and improving performance metrics
– You are eager, stress resistant, disciplined, independent, accurate, representative, energetic and flexible
– Up to date with Dutch (but preferably international/US) legislation regarding HR matters (and willing to keep that up to date)
– Background in Human Resource Management, with relevant education / study
