Senior Resource Manager

Resource Manager works directly with our Director of Resource Management to help support the success of C&T business by maintaining optimal resource utilization. A Resource Manager will aid in performing staffing functions, reporting of day-to-day staffing requests and work directly with project managers and team leads on capacity planning.

Work with the Director of Resource Management to staff projects with appropriate resources promptly and accurately
Coordinate with Director of Resource Management, discipline leads and Producers to resource staffing plans and ensure maximum utilization of resources
Proactively follow-up with Discipline Leads on open issues, as well as other relevant parties, in order to implement solutions in a timely fashion
Attend staffing and leadership meetings to communicate staffing progress.
Coordinate with the Recruiting team on all upcoming needs and forecasting
Put together monthly utilization reporting and communicate report to senior leadership
Work with staff to ensure timesheet compliance
Monitor Utilization and group bandwidth by week

4+ years in a resource management role in an agency environment
Strong communication skills in person and via email essential.
Balanced thinker between operations and people skillset.
Excellent time-management skills
Proven ability to work independently an in a team-oriented environment
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated task- and relationship-management skills
Results oriented and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
