Isobar, thinking big at a personal level

Massimo Meijer works as a Design Director but started his career as a motion design intern and later on move into advertising. Recently, Massimo move back to the Netherlands where he is at Isobar Amsterdam and we interviewed him to know more about what it takes to hire the right talent.
