Privacy Policy

Last updated: MAY 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Top Interactive Agencies (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit topinteractiveagencies.com (the “Site”).

1. Who We Are

Top Interactive Agencies is a global directory of digital and interactive agencies that also publishes editorial interviews with agency executives. The Site is operated by TIA TOP INTERACTIVE AGENCIES – P3GROUP S.A., with registered address at Copernico 2356, BUENOS AIRES, 1425, ARGENTINA. For privacy-related inquiries, contact us at global@topinteractiveagencies.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit an agency to the directory, contact us, or request to be removed, we collect your name, email address, agency name, agency website, and any additional details you choose to share in form fields or messages. When agency executives participate in editorial interviews, we collect their name, professional title, agency, photograph (if provided), and the interview content they agree to publish.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our servers and third-party services automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, time spent on each page, links clicked, and approximate geographic location (derived from IP). This information is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details.

Information from third parties. Our advertising partners (notably Google AdSense and LinkedIn) may share aggregated or pseudonymized data with us about ad performance, audience characteristics, or campaign reach. We do not receive directly identifiable personal data from these partners.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the directory listings.
  • Review and process agency submissions.
  • Respond to inquiries and contact requests.
  • Publish editorial content (interviews, agency profiles) with the consent of the interviewees.
  • Serve and measure advertising, including through Google AdSense.
  • Analyze how visitors use the Site to improve content, structure, and performance.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents, fraud, and abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK Visitors)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

  • Consent — for non-essential cookies, advertising, and analytics (Article 6(1)(a)).
  • Legitimate interests — for operating the directory, responding to inquiries, securing the Site, and basic editorial activity (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Contract — when we process information necessary to provide a requested service, such as publishing an agency listing at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Legal obligation — where we must process information to comply with applicable law (Article 6(1)(c)).

You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences via the consent banner or by contacting us.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, and advertising. A full description of the cookies in use, their purposes, durations, and the third parties involved is provided in our Cookie Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect or process personal information on our behalf or on their own behalf:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) — website analytics.
  • Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) — advertising and ad measurement. AdSense may use cookies to personalize ads when consent is given.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company / LinkedIn Corporation) — conversion tracking and audience building for our LinkedIn advertising activity.
  • WordPress hosting and caching providers — site delivery and performance.

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies:

7. Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics, advertising, email).
  • With law enforcement or other authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify affected users.
  • With your consent, in any other circumstance you authorize.

8. International Data Transfers

Because some of our third-party providers are located outside the EEA/UK (notably in the United States), personal information may be transferred internationally. Where applicable, these transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or other lawful safeguards.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Agency listing data is retained for as long as the listing remains published. Inquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics 4 configuration (currently 14 months) unless we adjust the setting.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • The right to delete your information (subject to certain exceptions).
  • The right to restrict or object to certain processing.
  • The right to data portability.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at global@topinteractiveagencies.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

12. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site.
