Immersive Garden is looking for a Senior Producer to join our team in Paris. You’ll be leading a team of developers, designers and clients through all stages of an interactive digital project.

You’ll be working on unique projects with brands from all over the world, it’s best to be prepared for the occasional late night although we’ll be relying on your expertise to scope projects and keep them rolling efficiently, on time and with a positive attitude.

You should be comfortable leading multiple deliveries across a range of industries, take on new challenges and find solutions independently. You enjoy leading teams to deliver on high technical and creative standards, while maintaining a clean schedule and staying on budget. Your passion for organisation doesn’t stop you from steering strategic and creative collaboration between our teams and clients in your projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience executing projects within an interactive or creative studio
• Solid understanding of interactive web technologies, design tools and the web development process as well as the inherent risks and limitations
• Experience leading workshops, advising clients and managing expectations to ensure a smooth delivery
• Experience with managing production timelines with multidisciplinary teams and unpredictable agency demands.
• A good eye for detail in people and products, tailoring your approach to fit the project or the client needs.
• You can work autonomously and resolve issues as they written and verbal communication skills in English arise on multiple projects
• Excellent written and French
