Future workplace: Which model is best for your agency?

Everybody works differently and everyone needs evolution. Most of the existing research literature related to retaining the right talent had suggested this. In addition, we got a lot of feedback about how new working spaces need to support modern ways of collaboration and development of new skills. Fully remote, traditional in-office or hybrid?
