Last week, many charities, foundations and agencies got together under the #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, setting up conferences, activities and implementing different tasks, projects and even games to aware about the importance of enjoying good Mental Health.
Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, this year the focus of the week was on stress, taking place from the 14th to the 20th of May.
The encourage was simple: gather with friends, enjoy a delicious curry and raise money for the Foundation to enjoy of a better world with good mental health for all. Of course many agencies participated and so, we decided to make a review about them. Take a look!
