Digital and user experience conference, Interact London returned for its fourth year with a one-day conference in London, exploring the theme “Designing the future”.

As one of the UK’s leading UX and digital events, Interact featured cutting edge speakers including Ruby Steel, senior design strategist at Smart Design; Vuokko Aro, product designer at Monzo Bank and Phu Ly, product design lead at Deliveroo among others who shared their expert opinions and individual experiences.

The conference was initially launched in 2013 by strategic UX design agency, Nomensa, to help provide insight, further UX understanding and consequently create professional, collaborative relationships among attendees operating within the digital community.

It’s fantastic to be able to host Interact for a fourth consecutive year. The event has been an enormous success. As always, we had a very talented line-up of speakers who shared their professional knowledge and opinions to challenge conventional thinking,” said Catherine Vaughan, head of marketing for Nomensa.

Interact 2017 welcomed over 200 delegates and encouraged them to network, share and expand their digital knowledge. Some of the world’s leading thinkers in the fields of user experience (UX), digital design, information architecture (IA), user research, customer experience (CX), and emerging tech participated in the conference.

Interact is a great platform to meet like-minded people and I’m keen to learn from other people’s experiences, particularly with regards to volunteering design services and how we might do more as an industry,” said Ruby Steel, Senior Design Strategist at Smart Design.
