Digital marketing agencies gather at Agency Summit 2021

With over 30 speakers and plenty of workshops, more than 2,500 people participated this June 23rd on the online Agency Summit, a free one-day conference for digital marketing experts. The summit offered the tools needed to scale up agencies, price services effectively and inspire client loyalty. All in the same place. 

Unlike traditional webinars, Agency Summit felt like the in-person events we all miss since the start of the pandemic. From being able to talk face to face with speakers after their presentation, to meeting and chatting with other attendees, there were plenty of opportunity for “magical moments.”

Attendees participated in live workshops and sessions, breakout sessions, virtual vendor booths and sped networking opportunities with peers. They also had the chance to engage with industry experts like Jay Baer, Lee Goff, Jason Swenk, Robert Craven, Miri Rodriguez and Stephanie Liu. 

Robert Craven focused on strategies for agencies to expand even further. He revealed the systems and processes required, sharing the tools that high-performing agencies currently use. Meanwhile, Lee Goff showed how to build a scalable sales system, covering the four most important pillars in his unique system. 

Jay Baer gave a session on how to gain and keep clients, sharing two types of customer experiences that agencies frequently neglect or overlook. He was followed by a Q&A session with Robert Patin, author of the international best-selling book “The Agency Blueprint,” who gave his best approaches to doing business. 

Finally, Yvonne Heimann gave plenty of tips on how to easily handle content creation and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, while Stephanie Liu focused on how to pitch prospects and price services – offering a practical guide to growing current client retainers and landing new clients through social media offerings.
