The Drum Marketing Awards reward and celebrate the UK’s most effective marketing strategies. A host of marketing professionals gathered on 8th May to hear the 2014 results at the 5* Marriott Grosvenor Hotel in London. Guests enjoyed a lavish meal and entertainment in the form of comedian Romesh Ranganathan before hearing the all- important results. Over 25 awards were presented on the evening with Maverick Advertising and Design receiving the top prize – the grand prix for their entry Gibraltar Football Association – Team 54 “We’re Ready” Campaign for UEFA membership. They also received the award for Integrated Strategy of the Year for the same entry.
Marketer of the Year was awarded to Craig Inglis of John Lewis and Brand of the Year went to Heineken. The chairman’s award was picked up by Life Size Media for Biome Bioplastics.
