“We bridge the gap between the online and offline world”

Milan, February 24th, 2021
Based in Milan, #00F Agency is a creative agency focused on digital products and event planning. It was founded by Salvatore Monterosso and Angela Argirò in 2019 and in just two years it has seen significant growth, working with a wide array of clients.
They work on UI/UX design, user testing and information architecture, while also planning all sorts of events.
In an interview with TIA, Monterosso highlighted the passion and attention to details the team at #00F Agency puts in every project, with customers feeling the commitment from the agency.
He listed the steps taken on the design and development process and explained that the pandemic hasn’t disrupted much of their workflow.
Italy is a country that has excellence in many industries. Art, food, handcraft, fashion and design are just some of the fields in which “Italians do it better.” It’s a country of innovators who never lose sight of tradition.
Without a doubt, participating in the great events that are organized every year: Fashion Week, Design Week and many more. Obviously also have a good happy hour in “Navigli” (our canals).
In the past years, I’ve had the pleasure to work as a freelance with different agencies and brands such as UI / UX Designer and Front-end Developer.
Angela instead worked in the organization of events and communication as Event Manager and Project Manager. We thought how our two worlds, online and offline, did not connect in brand strategies.
#00F Agency is born to bridge the gap between online and offline. A digital creative agency focused on digital products and event planning.
On Tuesday 15 January 2019 we bought the domain and since then we have been working hard every day creating projects we can be proud of.
It would be easy to say that we are the best in our field. Instead, I want to tell how in every project we put passion and attention to detail.
In my opinion, what makes the difference is how we collaborate with the customer. We do not work as suppliers but we consider every project as if it were our own. The customer feels our commitment and lets himself be advised. So, we work side by side to achieve the best possible result.
This makes us different in the management of each job.
We have always had the goal of creating a stimulating environment, breaking down the barriers between departments, roles and seniority levels. Nothing is more productive than a team where people exchange ideas and advice. A place to be proud of working.
With a qualified team, the customer has the feeling of having a company that works with quality, respecting time, budget and customer expectations.
Every project is different, but I think the best way to start is to know the problem you want to solve.
Once the problem has been identified, we look for the best solutions. We make the design and test it.
If we identify any issues, the process starts all over again. Our design process continues even after developing the project. In fact, with data analysis, we are able to improve our projects more and more.
We generally handle all work in-house, but when we can’t do it, we carefully select our partners to maintain a high quality standard.
We are an agency that has always believed in smart working. Creativity is everywhere and does not require a fixed space. We do not believe in work schedules but we work daily for goals.
So we were not caught unprepared: we have always managed the files in the cloud, communicated with our collaborators and customers via videoconferencing platforms and used tools to better manage all work processes.
Fortunately, we are proud of all our work. We are careful with details and always deliver high quality work. This is why we do not accept all projects but we choose those of customers who are ready to experiment and who share our working approach.
Survive to 2020! (LOL)
What problem do we solve with the design you have designed for me? I would like people to be more interested in the User Experience.
Sometimes I make little jokes. One is to remove the battery from the mouse or keyboards.
Thanks Salvatore!
