A team of experts from New York based digital agency, Blue Fountain Media, recently launched their latest project—a responsive design website for John Jay College of Criminal Justice, featuring cohesive user pathways, compelling stories of student life, dynamic social feeds, and a variety of other web elements all focused on enhancing the user-experience.

By developing and implementing an extensive digital strategy, Blue Fountain Media was able to refresh the brand positioning to meet the needs of John Jay’s target audience and help provide an online presence that is easy to manage and still reflective of the school’s culture.

The digital agency made additional improvements such as organizing over 1300 pages to create a more structured site map, enhancing user pathways for easier accessibility, and building customized workflows that satisfied the multiple levels of control needed for content management. To highlight student life and programs offered outside of criminal justice, which the college is most widely known for, Blue Fountain Media spent time with students and alumni to understand and provide a complete and authentic depiction of student life for prospective students visiting the website.
