International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global day of recognition and celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. It is observed annually on March 8th and has been observed since the early 1900s. We are lucky to have amazing women working today in the digital industry, however the reality is that women are still severely underrepresented in the digital space. So it’s important to use this day to raise awareness about this issue, so we can build a more inclusive and equal industry.
How can we collaboratively create an inclusive industry that celebrates and empowers women of all backgrounds, fostering a supportive environment where they can grow and excel both personally and professionally?
Happy #InternationalWomensDay! As part of IWD, we’re exploring the theme #EmbraceEquity: a process for addressing imbalanced social systems.

This year, #InternationalWomensDay falls on the same day as #Holi, India’s festival of colour. Our client @j6yen of the @CollegeofPolice had the brilliant idea to unite Holi’s vibrant colours and positivity with the call for change on #IWD by wearing our brightest colours. pic.twitter.com/xpnIe1W3AR
