Delete achieves Sitecore Experience Award
Following its work with property business firm Carter Jonas, London-based digital agency Delete was awarded with the 2018 Sitecore Experience Awards – only a year after having gained two prestigious awards.
The Sitecore Experience Awards focuses on customer-centric digital environments that boost business results with highly personalized, creative and innovative experiences. They recognize the leading global brands who are maximizing the use of Sitecore.
Delete was chosen as a winner in the Best Use of Personalization category, which awards firms that have created an exceptional personal user experience which has increased brand value and performance.

To secure this award, Delete had to demonstrate excellent use of collecting and connecting customer interaction data from different channels and applications, as well as delivering experiences that enhance customer engagement through personalization.
The Carter Jonas customer engagement platform saw Delete work towards a business ambition to create the best website in the property industry with customer experience at its core. Delete redefined Carter Jonas’ website, using a combination of Sitecore and Microsoft Dynamics.

When carrying the project, Delete used Customer & User Profiling was used to its full potential, being used to pre-populate call-to-actions including market appraisal forms and offer forms.
As well as this, custom landing pages were created to benefit different customer types, contributing to a natural customer navigation path. When paired with our completely revitalized site design, SEO innovation and seamless data flow, this all contributed to a large increase in online market appraisal enquiries and the overall site conversion rate.
This is the second time that Delete have been awarded a Sitecore Experience Award. Last year, Delete’s work for Southampton Football Club was given the highest accolade at the 2017 Sitecore Experience Awards, winning the Global People’s Choice award and the Digital Innovation Award.
