Whether you live in the US, the UK or even in France, we’re pretty sure that you celebrated on March 5th Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday) or Pancake Day. This day is very special because is the traditional feast day before the start of Lent on Ash Wednesday and it was the last opportunity to use up eggs and fats.

So what’s best way to use these ingredients than cooking Pancakes? Golden syrup or lemon juice and caster sugar are the usual toppings but some agencies decided to be more creative (or weird) and changed things a little.
