Digital Agencies faced Blue Monday 2019
January can be a great month for many different reasons, especially because it means that a New Year has started. But the third week of this month is quite especial since this year started with the most depressing day of the year, or most known as “Blue Monday”.
Though Blue Monday isn’t officially a holiday, lots of people are aware of the date, especially in the United States because almost always coincides with the celebration of Martin Luther King Day (like this year).
The concept takes into consideration post-Christmas bills, the abandonment of New Year resolutions, low sunlight levels and cold weather, which only applies to the Northern Hemisphere.
Blue Monday doesn´t exactly sounds as a day that you would want to celebrate, but digital agencies usually take advantage of these especial dates to have fun. See how team members faced Blue Monday to not be depressed!

I bet the jokes were as good as the meal
We're having an anti-blue Monday today with treates provided by our #sticktogether Mind team who focus on promoting good mental health at work. We'll be sharing our best jokes later on to (hopefully) spread some laughter! [LW] pic.twitter.com/cBXjiHM0cG

You have no right to talk about #BlueMonday with that view
It’s a different kind of #BlueMonday for our team shooting in Cape Town. But for everyone else back in the office it’s pizza, ice cream, and beer to brighten up the day 🍕 🍨 🍻 pic.twitter.com/hrj2uBGFQy
