In a ceremony to remember in the city of Lisbon, the European Search Awards celebrated once again the very best companies and people working in PPC, SEO, and Content Marketing across a variety of business sectors, in a shifting digital landscape which inspires innovation, creativity and connectivity.

The Awards welcomed entries from small and large agencies from across all European countries, either working locally, countrywide or continent-wide. It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase the brilliant work of agencies around Europe, who can also seize the event to network with colleagues from different cultures and countries.
Attracting hundreds of entries from leading search and digital agencies and professionals from across Europe, the European Search Awards are organized by We Are Search. The judges are search industry experts from across Europe, selected for their expertise, insight and experience. It’s a very rigorous selection process.
This year the list of winners is truly remarkable. The agency House of Performance from The Netherlands won the award for Best Start Up Agency. Meanwhile, the agency Reddico from the UK got the award for Best Large SEO agency, and the also UK-based agency Re:signal won the award for the Best Small SEO Agency.
Agencies and industry professionals used their social media networks to celebrate their big night. Kevin Gibbons, the founder and CEO of Re:signal, wrote on this Twitter account that he was proud of the agency’s “amazing team” and highlighted the “quality of work produced on a daily basis” at the agency in the UK.
Re:signal was actually one of the big winners of the night, with a total of seven awards, including the best SEO Campaign for a small agency for its campaign for D2C Mattresses. On the same category but for large agency, Yard Digital, also from the UK, got the award for its very creative campaign called “Just Plane Wrong.”
On best integrated campaign, Hide and Seek & NXT Museum won for “How Integrated Campaigns Spark New Love at Nxt Museum,” as well as Wolfgang Digital & Innopharma Education for “When Life Gives You Lemons, Turn Them into Leads.” On best use of search, Re:signal and Salience were the two winners.
Other agencies also got awards for their campaigns in specific themes, such as travel and fashion. SEOMG! & Work the World won for their “Post-pandemic Recovery” campaign, while Builtvisible & Icelandair received an award for their “First class strategy takes Icelandair to new heights” campaign.
While the awards are now over, it was a fantastic opportunity for agencies to show the work they’ve done throughout the year, with a selected few getting an award out of it. But it wasn’t all about the prize. It was also a chance to meet with peers from the industry and identify upcoming trends and challenges for the sector.
