Cannes Lions is the world’s biggest celebration of creativity in communications. Benchmarking innovation in anything from mobile and billboards to design and branded content, it’s the home of the great ideas changing the ways brands interact with their customers. Our Awards champion the best work from the past year and the Festival’s inspirational learning programme points the way forward. The Cannes Lions learning programme features 57 world-class seminars across seven days inside the Palais des Festival. In 2014 the cannes lion introduce a new category: Product Design. The goal is to recognise the great work being achieved in brand communication through the client’s products, production processes and product interfaces. Product Design Lions will recognise the applied use of physical products in aiding the communication of a brand ethos, and to have a positive impact on improving people’s lives.
