‘We are heading towards 100% automation’

Copenhagen-based digital agency Elegant Tech was founded by Alex Mansour and William Rizqualla, two tech geeks with one mission: World Automation! Or on their words: ‘To accelerate the take up of digital software all over the world at competitive prices, leaving beneficial marks on businesses all over the world.’
Born in 2016, Elegant Tech is a relatively new agency, but it is making strides in the industry with its international team of ten professionals and a clear vision ‘To equip entities around the world with the latest technologies to help them survive in the market and be valuable to people.’
Founder Alex Mansour gave us his views on automation and digitisation.
We develop digital products that offer automation of repetitive tasks and ensure fewer human errors. The automation solutions we offer are designed to help our clients and their employees with their day-to-day activities. In our view, tasks and activities that can be automated with digital software should be automated, leaving people free to focus on the critical things that would take their business to the next level.
Digitalisation for us is about the migration of manual and repeated business activities into the form of a digital product that can perform these activities by itself with higher efficiency than the old or current procedures.
We also believe that the power of digitalisation comes as a result of the software integration possibilities that exist in the today’ ecosystem.
We are working on automating business activities at several levels, both on management and execution. We want to allow our solutions to interact with the different company stakeholders within multi-industry at the same time.
One of our top cases studies for automation is AdShare, a digital agency with the goal of communicating consumer brands in an emotional way.
AdShare’s business model requires the continuous creation of hundreds of Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Facebook’s automated rules weren’t flexible or suitable for AdShare’s settings and use. They needed a tool to manage, monitor, review and provide performance measurements for the campaigns they run. This would eliminate human error and help them get faster and more precise reports. After analysing the client’s needs, our team started developing an advanced ads optimisation tool capable of managing multiple campaigns at the same time.
The software was designed to be compatible with Facebook Marketing’s API limitations. Being intuitive and easy to use was also a top priority to minimise any staff training that the client had to do.
After setting and activating rules, the software executes automatically and provides the user with performance statistics and complete overviews of different campaigns. This eliminates repetitive tasks and gives the team member more time to develop the campaign and take the audience specifications to an ultra-targeted level.
When we start working with a client, we first study the activities they do and group them into tasks that would bring more value to the business if they were automated. Then we can discuss how much of their procedures we think can be automated. I would say that we are heading to a world where 100% automation will be the default.
We start by pointing out the values that digitalisation will bring to their business and how it will help them to scale and take it to the next level, through providing them use cases with measurable results on their market in particular.
